Dampen skin and hands with warm water and apply a small amount of Polish to fingertips and gently massage in circular motions onto the face and throat. Rinse thoroughly with warm water. Note: This product is highly active which is why it has been put into a dark airless pump container.  When using Hero, you may find that you get some small granules through the serum and whitening around the nozzle area.  This is due to the product oxidizing when it has come into contact with air after a period of time. The granules have formed due to the serum that is remaining in the spout of the nozzle and it has come into contact with air which gives it that crystal effect, it can be a little annoying to take these tiny bits off the face but we did not want to lower the concentration of any of the ingredients.  Your product has not destabilized or gone off and no air has come into contact with the serum in the container it is still very much effective and we promise that with consistent use you will love this serum as much as we do.
